I would like to compliment you and the repair staff for your professional and always explaining what needs to be done and in our busy Job came to assist us to fix the one zircon’s problem that we been struggling for 2 years with and received extreme bad service and blamed us for things they broke.

One of your guys explain to us that there is no wat that we could have broken the Aircon and must be the installer.
Can I please ask you to write a small note to ex[lain the exact part to be fixed, wht was wrong with it and the cause of it maybe.

Please diarise us on your side for the next services that needs to be done.

We love your service guy, so calmly and extremely mannered he goes along his job, and he knows and always explain what needs to happen..
